Traxer User Terms of Service

Welcome to Traxer Inc. These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you and Traxer Inc.

By creating an account or using Traxer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Traxer services are intended for users in the United States and regions where Traxer lawfully operates. You are responsible for complying with local laws.
• We reserve the right to verify eligibility and terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Traxer provides AI-powered diagnostics, replacement recommendations, and various brand partner listings. The results provided are for informational purposes only. Please consult certified professionals for repairs.

You must use Traxer in a lawful manner and refrain from fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive activities.

Traxer and its licensors retain all rights to the platform's content, including trademarks, source code, databases, and third-party contributions. Any open-source components are subject to their respective licenses. Your feedback may be used by Traxer without compensation.

By using Traxer, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any content you provide, even after your account is deleted.

Traxer is provided as-is without any warranties regarding service continuity, accuracy of AI recommendations, or other guarantees. We disclaim liability for any damages resulting from your use of our platform.

Under no circumstances will Traxer be liable for damages resulting from:

• Data loss or service interruptions.
• Errors in AI recommendations.
• Financial losses from purchases.
• Injuries or property damage from reliance on platform listings.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Traxer may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Your use of Traxer is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, and all claims must be filed within one year of occurrence. No class actions are permitted.

Traxer may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to you. The updated Terms become effective as of the indicated date.

Traxer is not liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Traxer. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in effect.
