Will a new battery fix my UTV battery drain?

Only if the battery is the actual failure. A battery that keeps dying can also mean charging trouble, accessory draw, bad connections, storage habits, or short rides that never recharge it. Separate parked drain from riding drain before buying a battery.

First checks

  1. Separate whether the battery dies while parked, while riding, or after storage.
  2. Check battery age, rest voltage, and voltage behavior under load.
  3. List recent accessories, lights, winch, audio, chargers, or wiring changes.
